Employees are often reluctant to be honest with company officials in exit interviews.  Result?  A misleading impression that most women are leaving “to spend more time with their families” or “for better opportunities elsewhere”. What made them seem better?  By contracting out the exit interview process, you can get more reliable information.

     Techniques used:

Historic interviews  - Confidential interviews with a statistically significant sample of high-potential women who have left the company.  Provide report and recommendations based on their comments.
Ongoing interviews  - Whenever an employee is leaving, Part-time Experts to conduct a confidential exit interview.  Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual reports to management about trends or concerns identified through the exit interview process.  Frequency of reports based on number of interviews held -- must be enough to ensure anonymity.
